Verify your Account

After finishing the Knowledge section, the system will direct the client to continue with the Verification process.

Only after verification is completed, the client will be able to proceed with opening a Live Account.

If the client does not continue the verification process immediately, they can start it at any time by logging in again and going to:

Profile → SumSub Verification

To verify the account, the client must complete Classic Verification, which includes:

  • Proof of Identity (POI)
  • Proof of Address (POA)

Select Classic Verification (POI + POA) and click Continue.

SumSub Verification

The verification process is completed through SumSub.

Click Continue to proceed with the secure verification steps.

Clients can complete verification in two ways:

  1. Continue on this device (recommended for desktop uploads) OR
  2. Continue on phone (recommended for taking document photos)

Select the preferred option to proceed.

Before submitting documents, the client must confirm the privacy notice and agree to the processing of personal data.

Tick the checkbox and click Continue.

Upload Proof of Identity (POI)

Select the issuing country and choose the document type:

  • Passport
  • Driving license
  • ID card
  • Residence permit

Upload the document image and ensure all details are clearly visible.

Then click Continue.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, PDF (up to 50MB)

Upload Proof of Address (POA)

Upload a document that confirms the client’s residential address.

Accepted document types include (issued within the last 6 months):

  • Bank documents
  • Utility bills
  • Government-issued documents
  • Other official documents

Click Upload document to submit and complete the verification step.

Alternatively, you can choose to continue the process from your phone.
