Withdrawals

Before you submit a withdrawal:

  • You must upload your payment details (e.g., a screenshot of your credit card or bank account) to verify that you are the owner of the account
  • Payment details only need to be submitted once
  • Once they are approved, you can proceed with your withdrawal request
  • Make sure your account will still have enough equity to support any open positions

Processing Times

  • OneRoyal processes all withdrawal requests within 1 business day
  • Bank wirecredit card withdrawals take 3–5 business days to be processed by us
  • Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to release the funds

Important Notes

  • OneRoyal has no control over the processing times of banks or card issuers
  • Additional documents may be requested for compliance checks
  • If these documents are not provided on time, the withdrawal request may be cancelled

How to request a Withdrawal

  • Log in to your Client Portal
  • Go to Funds → Withdraw Funds

  • Select the Wallet you want to withdraw from
  • Choose your withdrawal method and click Continue
  • If required, upload and approve your payment method
  • Enter the amount and confirm your withdrawal request
  • You will receive an email confirmation
